The role requires experience with various metals, a commitment to quality, and strict adherence to safety practices. You will work with a range of fabrication tools and collaborate closely with the shop team to meet tight production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience as a metal fabricator or similar role.
• Proficient in MIG/TIG welding and cutting techniques.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Skilled in the use of fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Certification in welding and/or metal fabrication preferred.

Responsabilités

• Measure, mark, cut, and shape metal materials using power tools and machinery.
• Perform welding and assembly of components according to specifications.
• Operate tools such as shears, press brakes, grinders, and MIG/TIG welding equipment.
• Inspect finished workpieces to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors on project status.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and tools.
