Western NSW Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Health Practitioner to support Aboriginal people engaging with the justice system and seeking help for alcohol and other drugs concerns. You will apply trauma-informed, person-centred care and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications
- Aboriginal Health Practitioner qualification is identified by the role.
- Experience with trauma-informed and person-centred care is preferred.
