Job summary

CGL – Retail Services is seeking motivated merchandisers to join our National Field Team across Queensland. You will handle merchandising tasks in major retailers, with flexible hours and an immediate start available near you.

Join a dynamic team, work with beauty, household, grocery and more brands, and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of AUD 34.34 plus super. No weekends; roster provided in advance; great career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fantastic communication skills to build relationships with store staff.
• Attention to detail to execute tasks accurately.
• Solution oriented approach to handling merchandising challenges.
• The ability to lift up to 15kg when required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for travel between stores.
• Ability to receive Point of Sale items to home address and set up devices.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, POS set-up, pricing and ticketing in various stores.
• Implement in-store promotions and maintain brand standards across retailers.
• Coordinate with store staff and respond to in-store needs to drive sales.
• Maintain accurate stock, reporting, and inventory accuracy where applicable.
• Support flexible hours and rosters, working close to home in Queensland stores.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work and excel within a fast-paced retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of brands and products including beauty, gift cards, household cleaning, grocery, personal care and more, in major retailers like Coles, Priceline and Big W!

About the Role:

You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing in a variety of retail stores.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
