G Force Category Solutions in Sydney is seeking a Casual Merchandiser to support independent retailers and our hardware sector, with a focus on Bunnings and other key clients. This is an active, field-based role requiring mobility and physical capability.

You will work in Rydalmere and surrounding metro areas, building relationships with store teams, setting up displays, stocking products, and reporting back to clients.

About the Role

A unique opportunity to join our dynamic team, as a Casual Merchandiser specialising in providing services to independent retailers and the hardware sector.

As a vital member of our team, you will focus your efforts to supporting Bunnings and our independent retailers. Ideally you will have a strong customer service background with a professional, friendly manner and the ability to problem solve.

• Merchandise stock, maintain cleanliness of displays, and manage product orders in stores for key clients.
• Merchandising experience highly regarded.
• Physically fit and healthy, this is an active role which involves a lot of walking and at times can involve heavy lifting.

Daily Duties

• Merchandising, cleaning displays and ordering product in stores for several of our key clients.
• Building relationships and promoting our clients’ products with team members in store.
• Setting up new client displays.
• Providing reporting and completing surveys on behalf of our clients

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with store team members.
• Smart Phone
• Reliable Car
• Capacity to lift approximately 15kg independently, willingness to engage in two-person lifts, and adaptability to changing shelving heights. Please note that this position may involve physical exertion.
