Overview

dSb is partnering with a high regarded retailer based in Sydney to recruit an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning team and own the end-to-end inventory management process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and implement the budget and open-to-buy plans
• Ensure your team create compelling assortment plans that execute the merchandise strategy
• Drive seasonal re-forecasts across the product groups
• Take ownership for the Open-To-Buy process
• Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced Planners
• Conduct monthly one-on-one reviews and development plans

Qualifications

• Extensive retail planning experience at manager level from another high volume and fast paced retailer
• Proven experience of achieving sales and margin targets
• Proven leadership skills of coaching and developing a team of planners
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong experience of best-in-class merchandise planning applications

Base pay range

A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

Working arrangement

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1 day work from home.
