Job summary

Kitchen Warehouse is seeking a passionate Planner to join the Merchandising team in Australia. You will build inventory and sales plans, maximise margin, and grow In House Brand share.

Based at Epping, VIC or North Fremantle, WA, you forecast and support Buying, Sourcing and Supply Chain to deliver a best‑in‑class shopping experience. The role requires 2–5 years in buying/planning/inventory, strong data analysis, Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to work with large data sets to provide

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in buying/planning/inventory/supply chain
• Experience with data platforms and AI-assisted tools is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with large data sets

Responsibilities

• Develop pre-season sales, margin and inventory plans by category and channel
• Own categories and drive trade with Category Manager
• Monitor in-season performance, adjust forecasts and orders
• Prepare weekly trade reports and contribute to trade meetings
• Maintain data in planning tools and systems (Power BI, ERP, Replenishment)
• Support range planning and product lifecycle management with Buyers
