Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a community mental health or recovery service.
  • Sound understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
  • Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation, dual diagnosis, and recovery frameworks.
  • Valid driver’s licence and current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Mental Health Support Workers.
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring best practice, compliance, and client safety.
  • Facilitate regular supervision, team meetings, and client reviews.
  • Collaborate with clinical services, carers, and community supports to achieve positive client outcomes.
  • Manage service delivery requirements, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
