Job summary

The Sydney Clinic in Bronte, Sydney, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Mental Health Unit to deliver evidence-based nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will mentor Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing, support patient recovery, and uphold safety and clinical excellence. AHPRA registration and mental health experience are essential requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Mental Health.
• Experience in delivering evidence-based nursing care.
• Ability to mentor ENs and AINs within a team.
• Commitment to quality patient care and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care.
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Ensure patient and staff safety in the unit.
• Supervise and guide nursing team members (ENs and AINs).
• Provide education and support to patients for recovery and health management.
