The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas.

Provide practical, day‑to‑day support to consumers, assisting them to achieve goals outlined in their care plans.
Support consumer independence, including housing, financial, social, and health‑related needs.
Collaborate with clinicians, families, and external agencies to ensure coordinated, recovery‑oriented care.
Contribute to team effectiveness and quality improvement by maintaining accurate records, supporting team communication, and participating in professional development.
