Mental Health Clinician – Adult Recovery and Wellbeing Service

Full-time (optionally part-time 0.8 FTE) position at Mildura Base Public Hospital, a regional health service serving a catchment of 80,000 community members.

Overview

The Adult Recovery & Wellbeing Service (formerly the Continuing Care Team) offers ongoing specialist treatment, care and support for people aged living with serious mental health concerns.

Staff work collaboratively with consumers to progress identified recovery goals, address priority needs and maintain wellbeing within the community, while also providing consultation and partnership to external agencies.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialist mental health care to adults aged , including assessment, treatment planning and ongoing support.

Collaborate with patients to advance recovery goals and address priority needs.

Provide consultation and partnership with external agencies involved in client care.

Work within a multidisciplinary team in a 24 / 7 regional service setting.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology or Occupational Therapy.

Current registration and meet the criteria outlined for the position.
