Sharp and Carter is recruiting multiple Mental Health Clinicians to join a respected Victorian public health service in Regional Victoria across crisis, acute community care, child, youth, adult and older persons mental health streams. The roles involve delivering recovery-focused, trauma-informed care to individuals with acute and complex mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in Community Mental Health.
• Experience in Case Management, Intake & Triage, CATT, Crisis or Acute Mental Health.
• Strong assessment, risk management and clinical decision-making skills.
• Confident working autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for recovery-oriented and person-centred practice.

The Role:
We're recruiting multiple Mental Health Clinicians to join a well-regarded public health service in Regional Victoria across:

• Crisis Assessment & Response/ CATT
• Acute Community Care
• Child & Youth Mental Health
• Adult & Older Persons Mental Health

You'll be joining experienced multidisciplinary teams delivering recovery-focused, trauma-informed care to individuals experiencing acute and complex mental health challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting acute mental health assessments, risk assessments and care planning
• Managing a caseload and providing ongoing therapeutic support
• Working collaboratively with consumers, carers, families and community services
• Delivering crisis intervention and acute mental health support

What We're Looking For
