Job summary

Cafs in Ballarat is seeking a skilled and compassionate Men's Family Violence Practitioner to join The Orange Door team. This role works directly with men who use family violence, supporting behaviour change while strengthening accountability and promoting safety for women, children and families.

You will be part of an integrated, multidisciplinary service, engage in reflective supervision and professional development, and contribute to safer communities through evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Experience working in family violence, family services, or a related field.
• Ability to support men who use family violence to work toward behaviour change.
• Commitment to safety and wellbeing of women, children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to men who use family violence and promote accountability.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated family services.

Salary

Salary: $100,941.59 to $105,504.27 plus superannuation
Salary packaging options up to $15,900 plus meals and entertainment
