Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy team of Member Support Consultants, drive membership growth, and deliver unforgettable member experiences.

You will own the full member journey from joiners to leavers, ensure outstanding front desk operations, and coach your team with sharp sales and people-first leadership. A rewarding career with clear progression awaits within our fitness group.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with ability to hit KPIs.
• Experience managing the customer journey to improve retention and outcomes.
• Experience mentoring and leading a team toward goals.
• Ability to set and motivate others toward targets.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MSC team to meet monthly sales targets.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Develop structures to ensure minimum daily performance.
• Assist with sales training for the MSC team.
• Drive member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Support initiatives to drive overall membership growth.

You’ll be all-in on both attracting new members and keeping current members inspired, engaged, and coming back for more.You own the full member journey, from joiners to leavers, and make sure front desk operations and service standards are nothing short of exceptional. With sharp sales smarts, commercial insight, and people-first leadership, you’ll shape a culture that excites prospects to join and motivates members to stick with their fitness journey.At Goodlife, your leadership doesn’t just hit sales targets, it empowers your team and members to reach their personal best and transform their lives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team ensuring the club reaches monthly sales targetsAchieve your own individual proportionate monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the teamCreate a structure to ensure that the MSC team achieves their daily minimum performance criteriaAssist with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC teamAchieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basisEnsure that enquiries via phone, email or in person are responded to within 24 hoursSupport the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growthSupport the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly rosterAbout you:Able to demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIsAn understanding of the cycle of selling, and various sales techniques including up-selling and cross-sellingPrevious experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes – an understanding of customer retention strategies and metrics is highly regardedPrevious experience of managing and mentoring a teamAbility to set and motivate others towards a goalExperience using business computer systemsCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesWhat we can offer you:A career in the fitness industry is a career like no other.
