Fitness First in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking a passionate Member Support Consultant in Maroubra. You will be the first point of contact, guiding prospective members through the journey from interest to signup while delivering exceptional service to current members.

In this full-time role, you will meet sales targets, run club tours, present promotions, and help members achieve their fitness goals. A supportive team and clear progression paths await you.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Respond effectively to enquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per the club roster.
• Actively participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to boost results and experiences.

Every day brings new conversations, new goals and new opportunities to make an impact. In this role, you'll drive membership growth through proactive outreach, connecting with people in the community, and inspiring them to start their fitness journey.

You'll turn interest into action - introducing people to the club, helping them discover what they're capable of and showing them how Fitness First can support their goals. At the same time, you'll build strong relationships with existing members, delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences that keep them motivated and engaged.

As an MSC at Fitness First, your impact is felt every day;through the members you support, the community you build, and the results you help deliver.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns

Requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
