Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to energise club sales, welcome members, and drive memberships through proactive outreach and referrals. You will guide tours, deliver presentations, and nurture leads to convert prospects into active members.

You’ll be at the heart of the club experience, building rapport with diverse people, providing exceptional customer outcomes, and supporting retention initiatives to help members achieve their health goals.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet individual and team targets.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Drive new memberships through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
