Job summary

Sam Riley Training and Development at Snap Fitness West Ipswich is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our community-focused gym. This role centers on member engagement, retention, and delivering exceptional experiences in a welcoming, supportive environment that helps members reach their goals.

You will assist with onboarding for first-time gym members, foster belonging, and support the Club Manager.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness (required).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required).
• Positive Blue Card Notice (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the fitness industry is highly regarded.
