Member Experience Officer – Heritage Bank Warwick & Stanthorpe Branches

People's Choice Credit Union – Warwick QLD

Member Experience Officer – role with Heritage Bank; you will be the face of our business for members, delivering consistent high quality customer service.

Part‑time position supporting Heritage Bank Warwick & Stanthorpe Branches. Regular travel between the two locations is required. Flexible roster, minimum 15 hours per week, up to 32 hours per week. Initial 6 weeks training full‑time (38 hours per week Monday to Friday).

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting members with transactional needs and enquiries.
  • Engaging in needs‑based conversations to find the right solutions for members.
  • Building relationships to help members achieve long‑term financial goals.
  • Educating members on how to utilise digital and mobile banking tools.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications & Experience

Looking for team members driven by positive customer outcomes. Must be a confident communicator with passion for helping people. Required: cash handling and reconciliation experience, digital savviness, ability to grasp new systems quickly. Previous customer service experience and banking experience highly regarded.
