Job summary

Mounties Group is searching for a dedicated Member Services Attendant to join our team at Harbord Diggers, Freshwater NSW. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and enhancing their experience.

This part-time role requires a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a good team player attitude. We offer a fun work environment, training opportunities, and discounts on meals and gym memberships.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent personal presentation with high level of communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and experience using PABX/Switchboard is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Maintain legislative requirements including RSA & RCG standards.
• Provide friendly informed directions and assistance.
• Upsell and promote club memberships and events.
• Process Club memberships and renewals accurately.
