Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional member service at our Southern Branches. You will advocate our Member Ownership Strategy, provide tailored banking solutions, and contribute to branch performance through proactive service and sales activities.

You will manage inquiries, open and close accounts, advise on lending options, and build lasting relationships with local members to help them achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment, retail, sales and/or banking.
• Banking or Financial services experience desirable, but not essential
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers
• Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing members
• Proactively connect members needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through listening
• Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our members
• Contribute to a high achieving team environment with commitment to success
• Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
• Assist members to identify short, medium, long-term needs and advise using Banking Reviews and follow ups
