Triskele Labs in Melbourne is seeking an experienced cybersecurity analyst with penetration testing leadership to shape and grow our offensive security team. You will mentor staff, manage projects, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver robust security solutions for clients.

The role combines hands-on testing across web, network and apps with team development and business development activities. A minimum of five years in cybersecurity, OSCP and related certifications are highly regarded.

Formación

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with penetration testing exposure.
• Proven experience in leading a technical team.
• OSCP certification required; other certs valued.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor offensive security team and drive performance.
• Conduct web, network, and application tests to identify vulnerabilities.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
• Engage with clients to define scope and tailor security solutions.
• Coordinate with leadership and contribute to strategy.
