Job summary

Salt Medics is seeking a Medical Ward RN in Port Macquarie, NSW. Casual shifts with NSW Casual Award rates plus an 8% loading from NSW Health for agency nurses. Travel and accommodation are provided, and a Regional Deployment Allowance of $235–$325 per week is included, tax-free, based on shifts and RN seniority.

Contract available from 28 September to 22 November. Applicants must be registered with AHPRA and have working rights in Australia.

Port Macquarie Base Hospital is a 228 bed level five facility with a 24-hour Emergency Department and a range of specialist services including intensive care, cardiology, geriatric, rheumatology, stroke, respiratory, oncology, etc.

Port Macquarie is a town at the mouth of the Hastings River in New South Wales, Australia. It's known for its beaches, wildlife and penal colony past. A coastal walk from the town centre to the 19th-century Tacking Point Lighthouse offers views over waters home to whales and dolphins.
