Job summary

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering, budgets, governance, and partner with clinicians, universities and external stakeholders to support medical workforce outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical workforce, medical services, or healthcare administration environment.
• Knowledge of junior medical officer training, accreditation and registration requirements.
• Experience providing senior-stakeholder support in a complex healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, rostering, workforce management, and ongoing JMO support.
• Coordinate JMO education, training, accreditation, supervision and development programs.
• Manage Medical Services operations, budgets, staffing resources and performance improvement initiatives.
