Administration Brisbane Full Time Icon Cancer Centre Australia
Are you an experienced Medical Secretary who thrives in a busy specialist practice and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care?
We are seeking a professional, organised and compassionate Medical Secretary to join our Wesley specialist team, supporting Medical Oncologists and Haematologists. In this permanent full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their cancer treatment journey while working alongside a highly experienced and supportive healthcare team.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support within a busy specialist practice. Acting as a key point of contact for patients, carers, referrers and clinicians, you will help ensure a seamless and compassionate experience while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of our clinics.
While the majority of your time will be based at our Wesley location, you will also travel to our Ipswich clinic one day each week to support consulting specialists and ensure a consistent patient experience across both sites.
This role is ideal for a proactive and adaptable professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities with confidence, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented and able to maintain professionalism and accuracy in a busy clinical environment.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare environment, can anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities and build strong relationships with patients and colleagues. You'll be equally comfortable supporting specialists at both our Wesley and Ipswich clinics and will take pride in delivering an exceptional experience for every patient.
If you're an experienced medical administrator looking for a rewarding role where your contribution genuinely makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
