Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited in Sydney is seeking a Medical Affairs Professional to strategically engage key thought leaders, share clinical data, and execute the medical affairs plan to support patient outcomes.

The role focuses on scientific exchange, evidence generation, and compliance with ethics and the Medicines Australia Code, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance therapeutic programs and ensure credibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Pharmacy or Science.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in peer-level engagement with KOLs and scientific stakeholders.
• Experience in medical information operations and handling clinical queries.
• Experience in haematology/oncology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with KOLs to exchange key clinical data and insights.
• Execute strategic medical affairs plans, including education and evidence generation.
• Provide scientific expertise and respond to medical information requests.
• Represent the organization in scientific platforms while ensuring COBE compliance.
