St John of God Bunbury is seeking a Medical Registrar or Resident Medical Officer for a 12–24-month fixed-term contract. The role provides exposure to Palliative Care and Cardiology, with subsidised accommodation to assist relocation.

You will manage patient care under consultant direction, supervise junior staff, and coordinate multidisciplinary care in a supportive Australian hospital environment.

Formación

• Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience and at least 12 months within Australian Healthcare.
• Looking to gain country experience in a hospital with a supportive environment and diverse procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient care under the direction of consultants.
• Seek assistance from a senior colleague if uncertain.
• Provide clinical supervision and teaching to junior staff.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary management and communicate with nursing and allied health teams.
• Lead or supervise documentation of patient care and investigations.
• Coordinate requests for radiology, pathology, and other tests.
