Job summary

MedRecruit Limited in Queensland, Australia seeks a locum doctor to cover 18–26 October 2026 at a leading public hospital. Rates depend on experience; must hold AHPRA registration. FRACGP-RG / FACRRM or FRACGP with rural/remote experience and ALS2; ASTs in Emergency, Remote Medicine, or Internal Medicine preferred.

Weekday and weekend on-call 3–4 shifts per fortnight; on-call ratios 1:2 or 1:3. Travel and accommodation included.

Qualifications

• Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
• FRACGP-RG / FACRRM or FRACGP with rural/remote clinical experience along with current ALS2.

Responsibilities

• Weekday and weekend on-call: 3 - 4 shifts per fortnight.

• Provide care across emergency, medical, surgical and maternity services.
