Job summary

Portland District Health in Warrnambool, VIC is seeking a Graduate/Grade 1 Medical Imaging Technologist to join our Medical Imaging Department. You will work across General X-ray, CT, Theatre and Mammography delivering high-quality imaging with patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate radiographer with AHPRA registration or eligible by late 2026.
• Victorian Radiation use licence or eligible by late 2026.
• Comprehensive CT training and career development in a supported environment.
• Modern equipment knowledge: DR, CT, US, CBCT, DEXA and 3D Mammography.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centred care in acute hospital setting.

Job Description

• Work across multiple modalities including General X-ray, CT, Theatre and Mammography.

About the Candidate

Portland District Health is expanding our friendly team and are seeking a graduate radiographer or early career radiographer. If you are a positive, enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking a diverse clinical load then we have the job for you., You are a graduate or early career radiographer. Interest in developing your skills and experience in CT. Demonstrate compassionate and holistic patient focussed care, in an acute hospital setting. Contribute to the multi-disciplinary team through excellent communication and organisational skills. Looking to grow and expand your knowledge in Medical Imaging.

• Medical Radiation Practitioner AHPRA Registration or eligible late 2026.
• Victorian Radiation use licence or eligible late 2026.
• Comprehensive CT training and career development in a supported environment.
• Modern equipment including DR, CT, US, CBCT, DEXA and 3D Mammography.

Grade 1 classification: $74,172- $90,183 per annum.
