Qualifications

• Proven senior clinical leadership in Hospital in the Home or post-acute services.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning and performance management.

• Lead and implement the clinical direction of the Hospital in the Home (HiTH) service.
• Provide medical and clinical oversight to delivery, quality and efficiency of HiTH services.
