Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic assembly test operator to join our production team. You will work on the assembly line producing products according to detailed processes, documenting assembly and test data, quality issues, and safety concerns.

You will help with instrument assembly, test and packing, and ensure accurate DHF records, timesheets, and visual management charts while supporting continuous improvement and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an assembly line environment following detailed instructions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to read and follow processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety standards.
• Produce finished products on the assembly line per controlled processes and instructions.
• Finalise and package products for shipment.
• Operate production line equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Inspect materials and assembled products for faults or defects.
• Enter assembly and test data into DHF records.
• Update cell visual management reporting charts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.
