Job summary

MedRecruit Limited is seeking a locum doctor to cover a public hospital in Queensland’s Rockhampton region from 30 November to 21 December 2026. Shifts run 07:45 to 16:30, with some weekend 08:00 to 12:00 work possible. No on-call duties are required.

Travel and accommodation are provided, and all rates include superannuation, taxes, and casual loading where applicable. AHPRA registration is required to practice as a medical professional.

Qualifications

• Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
• Locum cover for specified dates.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical cover for the public hospital during assigned shifts.
• Attend to patients during shift times and manage routine clinical duties.
