ACCIONA has partnered with SMEC to form the Malabar System Alliance, working with Sydney Water on a ten-year wastewater upgrade program. The first stage upgrades the Liverpool and Glenfield Water Resource Recovery Facilities to boost capacity and support Sydney’s growth. Our mechanical and electrical teams deliver the plant upgrades on site. This is a long-term program with steady, secure work.
This role oversees and manages all mechanical aspects of construction projects. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating mechanical work crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your expertise in mechanical systems, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills are essential for the successful execution of mechanical construction projects.
