Job summary

ACRWORLD is seeking experienced Mechanical Plumbers with strong copper experience to join a major infrastructure project in Western Sydney on behalf of our client, an international plumbing company.

Responsibilities include installation of copper pipework, measuring, brazing joints, reading mechanical drawings, and ensuring safety and quality on site with ongoing work and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Plumbing (or overseas equivalent).
• Willing to obtain Safely Access the Rail Corridor (SARC).
• Working at Heights ticket.
• EWP ticket.
• White Card.
• Experience working with copper pipework.
• Ability to read mechanical/hydraulic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install copper pipework for mechanical services.
• Measure, cut and prepare copper pipe.
• Brazing copper pipe joints.
• Install pipe supports, brackets and hangers.
• Assist with mechanical plant connections.
• Read and interpret mechanical/hydraulic drawings.
• Pressure test pipe systems and check for leaks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area on-site.

We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Plumbers with strong copper experience to join a major infrastructure project in Western Sydney. Duties include:

• Installation of copper pipework for mechanical services
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing copper pipe
• Brazing copper pipe joints
• Installing pipe supports, brackets, and hangers
• Assisting with mechanical plant connections
• Reading and interpreting mechanical/hydraulic drawings
• Pressure testing pipe systems and checking for leaks
• Working safely alongside other trades on a large infrastructure site
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Cert III in Plumbing (or overseas equivalent)
• Willing to obtain Safely Access the Rail Corridor (SARC)

• White Card
• Experience working with copper pipework
• Own basic tools and PPE
• Ability to read mechanical/hydraulic drawings
