Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a hands-on mechanical technician in Western Australia to perform a range of on-site mechanical tasks. The role covers mechanical fitting, bolting, flange management, and heater overhauls, with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts.

You will assist with high-pressure jetting and contribute to safe, on-site execution of heater maintenance projects across diverse sites. A valid license and medical/drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Experience with mechanical fitting and bolting.

Responsibilities

• General mechanical works including mechanical fitting, bolting, flange management, heater heat exchanger breakdowns and overhauls, and welding supervision.
• Assist with high pressure jetting work.
• Complete on-site works related to heater overhauls.

The Role and Responsibilities

• General mechanical works including mechanical fitting, basidc bolting works, flange management, breakdown on hear exchanger, overhauling on heat exchangers, fire watching for welding works
• Assisting with high pressure jetting work
• Completion of all on site works associated with the heater overhauls
  

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• Working at heights, confined space entry (both valid within the last 2 years)
• Able to successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing
  
• Varied day; from general mechanical fitting and basic bolting works to fire watching and high pressure water jetting
• Opportunity to work on exciting projects
• Up to 12 hour days packed with opportunities to earn more through overtime and weekend work can be available
