Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join our team in Muja, Western Australia. You will carry out repair and preventive maintenance of mechanical plant under the CBCI contract, including conveyors, crushers and related equipment, as directed by Supervisors and planners.

Enjoy the 4x10 hour roster (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), a strong core crew, and the potential for casual to permanent opportunities after probation.

Qualifications

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
• Valid Australian Driver's License.
• White Card.
• Enter and Work in Confined Space - within 2 years.
• Working at Heights - within 2 years.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
• Live Local to the South West - within 75km of Collie.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain mechanical plant on CBCI contract (conveyors, crushers and related equipment).
• Meet designated deadlines and priority work for both fixed and mobile plant as directed by Supervisors and/or planners.

Job description

The role of Mechanical Fitter will see you working with our team in Muja, responsible for carrying out designated tasks undertaking the repair and maintenance of mechanical plant associated with CBCI contract including conveyors, crushers and all ancillary equipment (Fixed/Mobile), as directed by the Supervisors and/or the planners. All while ensuring all critical deadlines and priority work are met for both fixed and mobile plant
