About the company

Our client is the worlds leading supplier of ground support products, systems and solutions for the underground mining and tunnelling industry. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join their manufacturing team in Narangba.

Hours

Day shift - 5 : 00am-1 : 30pm

What You Will Be Doing

As a Mechanical Fitter you will be required to complete works around the plant working day shift or afternoon shifts Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work if required. Our ideal candidate will have a broad range of industrial and hydraulic experience and possess pneumatics knowledge, have a strong understanding of diagnostics, reading plans and blueprints, and fault finding.

  • Demonstrated Industry experience
  • Must excel in a fast paced, agile environments
  • Hydraulic, pnuamatic or industrial experience
  • Trade Qualification
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
  • Able to Pass a pre-employment medical
  • Drivers Licence + vehicle
