Job summary

NSW Government is offering a Graduate Program Engineering Stream to launch your career in civil, mechanical, environmental, mining and construction management disciplines. You will work on a range of transport and infrastructure projects, gaining practical experience that benefits NSW citizens.

Program emphasizes learning with mentoring, balanced work–life arrangements, and potential ongoing permanent employment after completion.

Qualifications

Eligibility

To apply for the 2028 graduate program, you must:

• hold a current visa or be in the process of obtaining a visa permitting you to work full-time in Australia for the 18-month duration of the program until August 2029
• complete your undergraduate or postgraduate degree between 1 June 2025 and 31 December 2027, including any work placements
• be available to start full-time work on February 2028.
