About Us

Pruszinski Fabrication Pty Ltd is a leading steel fabrication and manufacturing company supplying quality engineered solutions across South Australia. We are expanding our engineering team and are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to support design, production and continuous improvement within our fabrication operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop fabrication drawings, designs and specifications for structural steel components
  • Support manufacturing processes including welding, machining and assembly
  • Conduct engineering calculations, material selection and quality checks
  • Liaise with production teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring of workshop activities
  • Ensure compliance with Australian standards and WHS requirements
  • Participate in process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in fabrication, manufacturing or heavy engineering preferred
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)
  • Strong understanding of steel structures, welding and workshop processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with workshop and design teams
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality outcomes
