Job summary

Parklife Metro JV, employed by Webuild, is seeking a Commissioning Engineer - Mechanical for the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport project, based at Badgerys Creek. You will oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems including ECS, HVAC, hydraulics, fire, TVS, lifts and escalators, interfacing with BMCS and other systems.

The role requires 3-5 years of commissioning experience, strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of commissioning experience in mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of ECS/HVAC, hydraulic services and fire systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specs and designs to plan mechanical T&C.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures and checklists for mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors on T&C activities and timelines.
• Prepare documentation including manuals, testing protocols and schedules.
