Job summary

99 Bikes in Canberra is seeking a Bike Mechanic to join our fast-paced workshop. No bike expertise required; we provide full on-the-job training through the Bicycle Academy and Leadership Academy, helping you grow within the business.

You will build, service and repair bikes to high safety and quality standards, assist customers with technical questions, and contribute to a supportive, high-achievement culture with clear goals and weekly coaching.

• Solid proven achievements in goals, study or work.
• Commitment, reliability and continual improvement.
• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build, service and repair bikes to high safety and quality standards.
• Master the workshop booking system and keep customers informed.
• Assist customers with technical enquiries and recommend products.
• Collaborate with the retail team to match services to riders.
• Participate in monthly coaching and team meetings.

About The Role:
