We're looking for a highly organised, energetic Workshop Controller to take ownership of the daily operation of our Ford service workshop.
This is not a technical role . It's an operations, people and performance role in a workshop environment.
After spending time on the floor recently, we're clear on what's required : stronger daily control, better workflow, and clear accountability. This role has been created to fix drift and lift standards.
Reporting to the Ford Service Manager and working closely with the Workshop Foreman, you will have direct authority over technicians and be responsible for :
This is a hands‑on, visible role. You'll be on the floor, constantly moving, checking progress, and keeping the operation running smoothly.
