Job summary

Mastercut Meats is seeking an experienced Picker Packer for meat products in Condell Park. You will pick, weigh, label and pack meat for dispatch, assisting butchers and maintaining hygiene across the warehouse. The role requires lifting 25 kg, early starts from 3:00am, and work rights in Australia.

Experience in meat processing or packing is highly desirable, with staff discounts and consistent casual hours available. Training and safety procedures are in place for a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25kg.
• Available for early morning starts from 3:00am.
• Has full working rights in Australia.
• Willing to work in cold storage environments.
• Willing to complete general warehouse duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing meat products to order.
• Weighing and packing burger mince and kofta to client specifications.
• Labelling and preparing meat products for dispatch.
• Assisting butchers and other team members in production areas.
• Completing general warehouse duties, including tidying, cleaning and waste disposal.
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Working in cold storage environments as part of daily operations.
