Responsibilities

• Debag/unpack meat from bags or bins ready for processing.

• Use a knife to trim/cut meat as needed before it goes onto the line.
• Lift and move bins, boxes, and product (up to 20–27 kg).
• Maintain hygiene and safety procedures and wear protective clothing.
• Keep the work area clean during and after shifts.
• Report issues or equipment problems to the Supervisor.
