The Midfield Group in Australia is seeking experienced MC Truck Drivers to join our transport team across Mt Gambier, Penola, Melbourne or Warrnambool. Roles include hay and grain cartage, milk tanker pick-up, refrigerated transport, tautliner and livestock transport.

Ideal candidates hold an MC license, are skilled with manual gearboxes, and demonstrate safety, independence, and strong communication. Willingness to work weekends and on a rotating roster is required.

Qualifications

• MC license with a proven competent and compliant driving history.
• Competency in Manual Road Ranger Gearboxs (manual transmission).
• Well-presented with good communication.
• Ability to work independently in various environments.
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation.
• Responsible for upkeep of driver and company documents after each trip.
• Operate heavy vehicles in challenging environments with safety and precision.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Uphold safety standards and vehicle upkeep to high standards.
• Dependable and commit to rostered schedule.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays, day and night shifts on a rotating roster.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.

We own and manage farms, factories, and distribution channels, ensuring complete control over the essential aspects of bringing livestock from paddock to plate. We are currently seeking experienced MC Truck Drivers to join our transport team based in Mt Gambier, Penola, Melbourne or Warrnambool.

Roles Available

• Hay Cartage within Victoria and Southeast, South Australia
• Grain Cartage within Victoria & Southeast, South Australia
• MC Milk Tanker farm pick-up in Southeast, South Australia
• Refrigerated Transport from Warrnambool – Melbourne
• MC Tautliner Driver
• Livestock Transport

Ideal Candidates Will Have

Salary Range: $75,000-$150,000 pa + Super
