Job summary

Employer Sponsored Jobs in South Australia is seeking licensed MC truck drivers to join the transport team on permanent full-time terms. Positions are at a regional site with rostered start times and a mix of transport duties, including load restraint and logbook upkeep.

Applicants must hold an MC licence, a High Risk Work Licence, and have at least two years of truck driving experience. Knowledge of load restraint and maintenance are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted MC licence (essential)
• Must hold a High Risk Work Licence (essential)
• Two years of truck driving experience
• Experience driving a manual road ranger transmission
• Knowledge of load restraint requirements and VHSA standards
• Good knowledge of heavy-vehicle laws and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Moveproduce safely between growing and packing locations
• Operate the truck and perform routine upkeep
• Clean the vehicle and complete required checks and reports
• Conduct start/end of trip inspections and report issues
• Inspect loads before departure and ensure straps meet standards
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and movements
• Keep logbooks and company records up to date
• Follow safety guidelines and health and safety procedures
