Job summary

JS Transport Group is seeking an experienced MC Truck Driver to join our Heatherbrae team in NSW. This full-time role focuses on safe, efficient delivery of poultry feed to Tamworth and related duties to support operations and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold an MC licence, have 3+ years of MC driving experience, and demonstrate strong navigation, safety, and teamwork skills. A physically fit, reliable driver who can work nights and weekends as needed is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid MC class driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an MC Truck Driver in the road transport industry.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of heavy vehicle operation.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit to undertake the demands of the role.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a B-Double to deliver poultry feed to Tamworth farms.
• Adhere to road rules, safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and manage efficient delivery routes to meet deadlines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Liaise with operations team to provide delivery updates.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logbook entries.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced MC Truck Driver to join the JS Transport Group team in Heatherbrae, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of poultry feed to Tamworth daily. As an MC Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate and maintain a B-Double combination to deliver chicken feed to Tamworth farms
• Adhere to all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies
• Plan and manage efficient delivery routes to meet customer deadlines
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
• Liaise with operations team to provide updates on deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as required
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and logbook entries
