Job summary

Action Workforce, in collaboration with Team Global Express, is seeking MC Local Drivers for casual ongoing opportunities in and around Mackay. Commencing Monday to Friday with various shifts and strong potential for overtime and full-time employment.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid MC license, have extensive local knowledge, and be competent in trailer coupling, pre-start checks, and safe work procedures. Supported induction and on-site training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid MC Drivers License.
• Local knowledge of Mackay area required.
• Experience with trailer coupling and daily safety checks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold a valid MC Drivers License and operate in local Mackay routes.
• Perform daily pre-start checks before each shift.
• Conduct safe loading/unloading and load restraint practices.
• Cooperate with teams to meet client delivery schedules.

Action Workforce in collaboration with Team Global Express have an exciting opportunity for MC Local Drivers for casual ongoing opportunities to assist with the distribution & collection of General Freight in and around Mackay. This position is seeking MC Drivers commencing work Monday to Friday with various shifts available, strong potential for OT and a strong view of Full Time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold a valid MC Drivers License
• Extensive local knowledge
• Competent in Trailer Coupling & Uncoupling on a daily basis
• Ability to complete all Pre-Start checks at the beginning of each shift

Skills & Experience

• Experienced MC Local Driver
• Experience in commercial truck driving
• Knowledge of Load Restraints
• Co-operate with your employer to ensure all safe work procedures are adhered to
