Job summary

Griffith Corporation in Narangba, QLD, is seeking experienced MC Drivers to join our interstate linehaul operations between Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, plus intrastate runs within Queensland.

You will hold a current MC Driver License and have experience with B-double combinations, load restraint and EWDs, with a safe driving history and willingness to undertake nights away from home. Weekly pay and strong operations support are provided.

Qualifications

• Current MC Driver License.
• MC linehaul or interstate driving experience.
• Experience operating B-double combinations.
• Strong load restraint and heavy vehicle compliance knowledge.
• Experience using an Electronic Work Diary (EWD).
• Safe and reliable driving history.
• Ability to undertake interstate runs and nights away from home.

Griffith Corporation is a trusted logistics provider to blue-chip companies. We are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join our Narangba operation, completing regular Brisbane to Sydney, Melbourne interstate linehaul work, as well as Queensland intrastate.

Key responsibilities

• Completing scheduled interstate linehaul runs
• Operating MC combinations safely and professionally
• Securing and transporting freight
• Completing vehicle checks and transport documentation
• Using an Electronic Work Diary (EWD) to record work and rest hours (preferred but not essential)
• Complying with NHVR, COR and Fatigue Management requirements

About you

• A current MC Driver License
• MC linehaul or interstate driving experience
• Experience operating B-double combinations
• Sound load restraint and heavy vehicle compliance knowledge
• Experience using an Electronic Work Diary (EWD)
• A safe and reliable driving history
• Ability to undertake interstate runs and nights away from home
• BFM accreditation highly regarded
