Job summary

Cahill Transport is seeking experienced MC Linehaul Drivers to join our team based in Laverton North, VIC, completing interstate linehaul runs across our national network.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for consistent interstate work, quality equipment and the backing of a long-standing Australian transport company. You’ll operate automatic prime movers with in-cab technology and maintain safety standards across your deliveries.

Qualifications

• MC Licence and MC linehaul experience required
• Minimum 2 years’ MC linehaul experience in general freight
• BFM accreditation preferred
• Strong load restraint skills with straps, dogs, chains and angles
• Solid understanding of NHVR, fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility requirements

Responsibilities

• Transport interstate linehaul runs between Victoria, NSW, South Australia and beyond.
• Operate modern automatic prime movers with in-cab technology.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries as required.
• Perform load restraint in line with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Manage fatigue, compliance and transport documentation during runs.
• Represent Cahill Transport while working safely and professionally.
