Job summary

Linfox is seeking dedicated MC truck drivers with B-double, B-triple and A-double experience for changeover roles based in Minchinbury, NSW. You will work Monday to Friday, departing in the evenings between 9 pm and 1 am, with optional weekend work, towing pre-loaded trailers and possibly driving direct to Melbourne as needed.

Ideal candidates will have experience driving B-double combinations, a strong safety focus, and knowledge of Australian road networks.

Qualifications

• Prior transport experience driving B double combinations is preferred.
• Knowledge of major Australian cities and interstate road networks.
• Familiarity with fundamental manual handling protocols.
• Strong work ethic, customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive to Linfox Safety Standards at all times.
• Ensure Vision Zero is a daily focus.
• Comply with coupling & uncoupling procedures.
• Perform daily prestart checks and ensure loads are restrained appropriately.
• Fatigue management in line with BFM guidelines.
• Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.

What does the job look like?

Linfox is currently seeking dedicated MC truck drivers with B-double, B-triple and A-double experience for our changeover positions based in Minchinbury NSW. As part of these roles, you will be working Monday to Friday departing in the evenings between 9 pm and 1 am with optional weekend work available. These positions will be towing pre-loaded trailers to Tarcutta and may be required to drive direct to Melbourne as needed.
