Job summary

GDP Transport Pty Ltd in Bungaree, just outside Ballarat, is seeking experienced MC Tipper Drivers for full-time and harvest casual roles. We specialise in bulk grain, fertiliser and container transport and operate modern B-Double and A-Double equipment.

You will perform bulk cartage, container work, local and regional deliveries, and ensure safe loading with accurate paperwork. Applicants must hold an MC licence, have a clean driving history, pass pre-employment medical, and be able to work

Qualifications

• Current MC licence and clean driving history.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
• VicRoads 5-year Demerit and Conviction Report.
• Experience with B-Double or A-Double is highly regarded.
• Willingness to obtain MSIC if not held.

GDP Transport is a proudly family-owned, third-generation transport business based in Bungaree, just outside Ballarat.

We specialise in bulk grain, fertiliser and container transport, operating a modern fleet of B-Double and A-Double tippers and skel combinations.

We’re currently looking for experienced MC Tipper Drivers to join our team in:

Full-Time, ongoing positions

Harvest Casual positions for experienced drivers looking for seasonal work

Whether you're looking for a permanent role or want to make the most of the upcoming harvest, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Depending on the position, your work may include:

• Bulk grain and fertiliser cartage
• Container transport
• Local and regional deliveries
• Wharf deliveries and container work
• Safe loading, unloading and operation of modern equipment
• Completing required paperwork and maintaining accurate records

What we're looking for

You'll need:

• Current and unrestricted MC licence
• A safe driving history and strong commitment to road safety
• A professional attitude and pride in your work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Current VicRoads 5-year Demerit and Conviction Report
• Experience that will be highly regarded
• B-Double or A-Double experience
• BFM accreditation
• Wharf and container delivery experience
• MSIC or willingness to obtain one
• Forklift or other High Risk Work Licence
